Notes on building teams that last
Editorial policy
Dream Teammate is built on interviews, project diaries, and columns from people who hire and people looking for a first job. That only works if the ground rules are clear. Below is what we collect, how we use it, and what you can ask us to change.
The same rules apply to our neutral-Spanish edition for readers in the Dominican Republic, where features run shorter and the team-building guides focus on tourism and food projects in the Caribbean.
Contact form fields such as your name, email, phone, and the message itself. Basic technical data from your browser and device, plus analytics events that tell us which pieces get read.
No portrait, quote, or workplace detail goes out without informed consent. Interviewees can review their own quotes for accuracy, not for tone, and we correct factual errors on request.
We use cookies and third-party processors for hosting, analytics, and email or form delivery. You can block cookies in your browser or withdraw consent at any time without losing access to the magazine.
You can request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of your data, and opt out of analytics. Readers in the EU and California have the same options under GDPR and CCPA.
Sponsored placements are labeled and kept separate from editorial work. We decline proposals that fall outside our focus or are unsuitable for a general audience, and we make no guarantees about outcomes for the teams we write about.
